When I upload my own image to be used in a greeting, even though my image is 1000x1000 when its imported into the greeting, it show larger than 1000x1000 and when I finally do get the image to fit width-wise (by making it smaller than 1000) it still squashes the image from the bottom up AND I also have the same issue with my logo image - although it is made to the correct size, it still looks stretched, can someone help with this?

also, you have a typo under the uploaded files tab, says "Use this area to store the files your frequently send to your customers. This way you don't have to go hunting around for them and they follow you everywhere."

should be you not your before frequently :)

also, I just used one of you images as a test and its only 525 pixels wide but when I try to use that same size I am yet again told it will not upload because its not 1000 pixels wide but 1000 pixels wide doesnt fit when it does upload, grrrr -- confusing!

and... hate to keep bugging you but it also says that 1000 pixels in the minimum but again your own images are about 373 pixels and from what I cal tell after uploading an image that was 1000x1000 it cuts it off at about 373 tall ~ am i doing something wrong? all my images are set to a resolution of 72 yet your 1000 x 1000 is driving me crazy!
