I just imported 1400 contacts to Ace of Sales from GMail with a push of a button. Very Slick

When importing contacts from Gmail and Yahoo it doesnt pull the address associated with the contact, it pulls evertything but that.

Is there a way to pull address as well?

What about duplicates in a contact list upload?
What will happen, for example, if I upload two lists, or the same list today and then again in a few months?
Will Ace of Sales ask me to allow or disallow duplicates during upload?
Or will the duplicates automatically upload and then I'll have to spend hours working on a massive contact list clean up???

I am having the same issue. If the contacts are exact, it will ask you. However, if there is one field that is different, it allows it and now you spend hours cleaning up a list. I am calling technical support on this one.

Just to clarify... I would like to explain how duplicate handling works in Ace of Sales. Importing evaluates duplicates based on these rules:

A contact is a duplicate if at least three pieces of data are matched.
Such as (first and last name and email address) or (first and last name and phone number) or
(first and last name and mailing address)

If there is a match and the contact being imported has additional data such as phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, etc. this will be merged into the existing contact. Otherwise the contact will be skipped during import.

I hope this helps!
